Since work overall From a very young age, Sheree has followed a path of health and fitness, even though she started her career in the corporate world and practiced accounting for twenty years. For the last 15 years, Sheree has followed her passion working in the Health and Fitness Industry, helping people accomplish their goals.

Sheree is a Licensed Massage Therapist (Massage License Number 52834) and includes Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), Reflexology and Reiki in her practice and is a member of NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork).

Sheree completed her education through the Fitness Institute in 1991 for Exercise Science, holding certifications, by ACE – American Council of Exercise for Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. Sheree also has certifications for Functional Training, Pilates Mat Classes, Stability Ball Core Instructor, Senior Training, Post Rehab and Injury Specialist. Sheree has worked with a wide variety of people from the ages of four to ninety-five. Sheree is a Member of IDEA and ECA (East Coast Alliance) which are International Associations for Health & Fitness Professionals.

Sheree’s years of experience in Martial Arts, Tae Kwon Do, has helped develop her talent to help you have fun getting in shape. Sheree’s Motto: Being the Best You Can Be!
